Styler
Support
There is just me behind Styler, so anything you send to support@getstyler.app comes straight to me. I usually reply the same day. If something has gone wrong, your handle and a rough idea of what you were doing is normally all I need to go and find it in the logs.
A piece was identified wrongly
Open the piece and edit the name, the brand or the notes. What you correct is what Styler uses from then on, including when it builds outfits around it, so it is worth fixing rather than working around. If a piece is identified badly over and over, send me the photo. That is the kind of thing I can actually improve.Renders and tokens
Seeing an outfit on a photograph of yourself costs a token, because each one is generated and that is not free to do. New accounts start with thirty. Tokens are bought in the app through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by Styler: use Report a Problem in your purchase history. If a render failed and the token was taken anyway, write in and it goes back.Sharing, and who can see what
Every piece and every look starts private. A look you share by link opens for whoever you sent it to, and stays out of Discover and off your profile unless you also set it public. What is shared and with whom is set on the look itself, under Who can see this.Deleting your account
You in Styler, then Delete account. It removes the account, the photographs, the looks and the renders, and it cannot be undone. If you cannot get into the app to do it, email me from the address you signed up with and I will do it for you.Something else
Anything not answered here, email me. Bugs especially: a screenshot and roughly when it happened is usually all I need to find it in the logs.
Privacy covers what is stored and who else ever sees it.
